it deserves its 3 stars. we really loved savoury breakfast, offered by the hotel. our room had a sunny balcony. 15 mins walk to the centre. the location was quiet, with serenella e alfredo nearby, where we could eat. property offers shuttle bus too.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. It was easy to park on-site. Easy base for trip in Perugia. Espressino, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel...

There was nothing I didn't like.
